THE CANDLE

Q.
The wick on my Luminara candle is not flickering, what do I do?
A.
Please replace the candle where you purchased it. If you cannot resolve this issue at your retailer, please call the customer service hotline: 1-877-905-8646.

Q.
The battery cover won’t stay shut, what do I do?
A.
Remove the white plastic battery cover. Flip it over. On the backside of the battery cover there is a + and a – sign indicating which direction you should insert your batteries. Make sure you have the correct size batteries for your candle and then insert the battery so the top of your battery matches the cover symbol. Replace the cover so the notch inserts and clicks into the notch slot. If you still have problems please contact our customer service hotline: 1-877-905-8646.

Can I remove plastic sleeve around my candle?
A.
Yes. The plastic is only on the candle to protect it during the shipping process.

Q.
The light is blinking on my candle, what does this mean?
A.
This indicates that your batteries are low and it is time to change them.

THE REMOTE

Q.
How do I use the remote control?
A.
First, remove the insert that prevents battery contact during the shipping process. Then, watch the video called "Using Your Remote" to learn how to operate your remote control with your candle(s). Keep in mind, the remote works best from a distance of 15 feet or less from your candle.

Q.
Can I use one remote control for multiple Luminara candles?
A.
Yes, a single remote will work on most Luminara candles, with the exception of early model Luminara products, these may not have the remote control compatibility.

Q.
Are all Luminara Candles remote capable?
A.
Most Luminara candles are remote capable. The taper candles and earlier versions of Luminara candles are not remote compatible, however.

THE TIMER

Q.
How long does the timer stay on?
A.
The timer will stay on for 5 hours after your switch it to the timer function, and then remain off for 19 hours. This 24 cycle will repeat daily.

Q.
How do I operate the timer on my outdoor pillar(s)?
A.
You can set the timer by pushing the button on the bottom of the candle twice. Pushing the button once will set the candle to the on position.

SCENTS

Q.
My Luminara candles is quite fragrant – are there unscented Luminara candles?
A.
Yes, there are unscented Luminara candles available. Also note that the scent of your candle will dissipate over time.

WARRANTY

Q.
Do Luminara candles come with a warranty? What are the details?
A.
Yes – your Luminara product comes with a 90-day warranty from the time of purchase. You should be able to have your candle replaced where it was purchased. If you cannot get resolution, please contact the customer service hotline: 1-877-905-8646.
