We offer free shipping on orders of $49 or more. For orders below $49 there is a $4 flat rate shipping fee.
Free shipping pertains to the continental United States. If you are outside of the continental US, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the items you are interested in for a shipping quote. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and overseas orders will be advised of actual delivery charges.
Items in stock will ship the same or next business day. If the number of items that you would like to order is not currently in stock, please contact us. If the items are in stock at the distributor, we will special order them for you. It will take us approximately one week to receive them from the distributor. We will then ship your order to you on the next business day after we receive it from the distributor.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY:
We hope that you love your Luminara candles.
If any item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in its original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of your order for a refund. An RMA number is not needed for a return but please contact us prior to returning an item. If an item appears defective, we may be able to resolve the issue via e-mail without you having to return the item.
Please note: except for a defective item, shipping fees are non-refundable. On orders that received free shipping, the actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning an item (except for defective items).
Make sure your items are properly packaged so no damage occurs during transit.
For your protection, we recommend you use a delivery service that provides tracking capabilities.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned within the 30 day period in their original saleable condition; including the original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Returns not complying with the above conditions will be subject to a 60% restocking fee.
If you refuse delivery for any reason, a refund will be issued once we confirm the items are back in our possession. You will not receive a refund for the shipping costs.
Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive the items to receive your credit.
